How to recite?
Bilva leaves (Belpatra) are mandatory for Shiva worship. After offering a stream of water to the Shivling, chant the 108 names while offering a Bilva leaf (three-leafed) with sandalwood paste, Datura, Bhang, and white flowers for each name.
