Skanda Shashti, Kumar Shashti, or during Tuesday worship for the wish of having a child.
How to recite?
In Nepal, it is tradition to worship Lord Kumar (Kartikeya) along with Shiva and Parvati. Offer red flowers, sandalwood paste, and Akshata while chanting the 108 names. Keeping a peacock feather nearby while reciting is considered very auspicious.
