About Pradosha Vrata
Pradosh Vrat is a sacred fast dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, observed on the Trayodashi Tithi (13th lunar day) of each fortnight. The period after sunset, known as 'Pradosh Kaal', is considered extremely auspicious for Shiva worship as he is believed to be in a blissful state during this time.
Observing this fast is believed to fulfill all desires and bring peace, prosperity, and longevity. Devotees visit Shiva temples during Pradosh Kaal to perform Rudrabhishek and seek divine blessings.
